1. Motion to approve an original package and Sunday original package liquor licenses for Lion Petroleum, Inc., d/b/a LP Mart at 12235 McKelvey Road, Managing Officer, Zarar Lodhi

2. Motion to approve a retail by the drink and Sunday by the drink liquor license for SWP, Inc., d/b/a Westport Social at 910 Westport Plaza, managing officer, Francis Ikemeier

3. Move to approve purchasing deicing salt from the City of Chesterfield in the amount of $49,230.00 with delivery and unloading services by Beelman Logistics, LLC in the amount of $8,100.00

4. Motion approving the renewal of workers comp and liability insurance and purchase of property, public officials and cyber liability coverage through the St. Louis Area Insurance Trust


5. Res.__, a proposed resolution increasing the 2017 budget in the Capital Improvements Fund by $825,000 to provide funds for the Maryland Park Lake District Project

6. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the City Administrator to enter into a professional services agreement with Higbee Associates for an employee compensation and classification study


7. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into professional services agreement with H.R. Green Inc. to prepare an infrastructure plan for the Maryland Park Lake District in the amount of $246,617

8. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into professional services contract with H3 Studio, Inc. to prepare a conceptual development plan and implementation strategy for the Maryland Park Lake District in the amount of $312,455.00

9. Bill__, a proposed ordinance approving the record plat of the Premier A-1 Page Storage Subdivision (Petition of Premier A-1 Page, LLC)

M. A vote may be taken to close part of the meeting for discussion of matters of pending litigation, legal action/advice, personnel, and/or acquisition of property involving the City in accordance with Section 610-021 RSMo.
