1. Motion to reject all bids for community center monument sign and rebid the project

2. Res.__, a proposed resolution amending the 2017 budget by increasing the Capital Improvements Fund by $5 million for the ice arena project and providing for a transfer of $5 million to the capital improvement fund from the reserve fund

3. Bill ___, a proposed ordinance authorizing a limited conditional use permit for outdoor storage in the “M-1” Office, Service, and Light Manufacturing District for a 1.5 acre site located at 2130-2140 Creve Coeur Mill Road (Petition of Magruder Paving with the consent of Austin Craig and the Davidsons)


4. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the City Administrator to purchase rights-of-way and a temporary slope licenses related to the Fee Fee Road Improvement Project

5. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into certain agreements related to development of an indoor/outdoor ice complex
