1. Motion to exercise renewal option with R.L. Mueller to provide food service products for Aquaport during the 2018 season, in an amount not to exceed $25,000

2. Motion to approve resubmittal of an application to the Missouri Development Finance Board for tax credits related to the development of the ice arena facility as originally approved by resolution 2017-1251

3. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the City Administrator to enter into an agreement with Slide Pros for slide resurfacing services at Aquaport

4. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation and City Administrator to negotiate and enter into a professional services agreement for parks and recreation master plan services

5. Bill__, a proposed ordinance to approve Quiet Hollow Park as the location for the National Fitness Court installation and authorizing the City Administrator to enter into an agreement with the National Fitness Campaign for said equipment

6. Bill__, a proposed ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Groupon Inc. for the purpose of marketing Aquaport through the purchase of Groupon vouchers for the 2018 season

M. A vote may be taken to close part of the meeting for discussion of matters of pending litigation, legal action/advice, personnel, and/or acquisition of property involving the City in accordance with Section 610-021 RSMo.
