1. Motion to approve the purchase of a memorial fallen soldier supplied by The Large Art Company in the not to exceed amount of $7,500

2. Res.__, a proposed resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for and accept four separate grants from the Missouri Department of Transportation Division of Highway Safety for the funding of traffic safety programs

3. Bill__, a proposed ordinance amending Articles 11, 12, and 13 of the Zoning Code to allow handicap accessibility ramps to encroach into the required front yard setback on residential properties (Petition of City of Maryland Heights)

4. Bill__, a proposed ordinance approving the record plat of the Lot 3 of the Resubdivision of Part of Lot 16 of Parkwood Acres Lot Split Plat Subdivision (Petition of Hao Shen and Mimi Liu)

5. Bill__, a proposed ordinance repealing Ordinances 1998-1439, 2005-2619, 2005-2622 and 2008-3054 and enacting a new planned district ordinance in lieu thereof on 19.7 acres of land located on Scheutz Road and Lilburn Park Road (Petition of Safety National Casualty Corporation)


M. A vote may be taken to close part of the meeting for discussion of matters of pending litigation, legal action/advice, personnel, and/or acquisition of property involving the City in accordance with Section 610-021 RSMo.
