Fitness Court at Quiet Hollow Park
The City has partnered with National Fitness Campaign (NFC), inventor of the Fitness Court®, to install and activate a state-of-the-art outdoor gym facility for adults of all fitness levels. This free-to-use Fitness Court is located inside Quiet Hollow Park, at the intersection of Marine Avenue and McKelvey Rd.
The Fitness Court® is an outdoor bodyweight gym facility that features 30 individual pieces of equipment, a shock-resistant sports flooring, and is comprised of exercise stations that allow for up to 28 individuals to workout at the same time. It will be the first of its kind to open in the state of Missouri.

The Fitness Court system also includes a free Fitness Court App - Fitness Court and is available on the App Store and Google Play. This app will soon be linked to our Parks and Recreation App, MHParks. Through the app, patrons are able to learn about the different fitness stations, be led through 4 or 7 minute workouts and enter themselves into challenges.
