The Public Relations division is part of the Department of Administration. The Communications Manager is responsible for:

  • Producing the monthly City Newsletter, which is mailed to every household and business in Maryland Heights
  • Updating and maintaining content on the city's website
  • Acting as liaison to the media
  • Promoting city events and programs
  • Photo and video coverage of city events
  • Developing brochures and other printed materials
  • Supporting the communications needs of all city departments
  • Arranging public tours of city facilities
