The city is proud to have recently published a book, entitled The History of Maryland Heights. The hardback book offers 150+ pages of history and full-color photos. The book details a broad history of the Maryland Heights area, beginning with a brief description of the geology and native peoples and ending with the January 2009 dedication of the Maryland Heights Government Center.
Copies of The History of Maryland Heights are available for purchase at the Maryland Heights Government Center (11911 Dorsett Road) or Community Centre (2344 McKelvey Road). Copies are $15.
