Join MH Life and Go Digital!

In a world where we need to come closer together while staying safely apart, the City of Maryland Heights has developed a way to get all the available city updates delivered right to your inbox. We have compiled a list of all our email correspondence and it's now easier than ever to see all the ways we offer digital communications. If you love the convenience of email, check it out at www.marylandheights.com/mhlife

Did you know that the life of the monthly City Newsletter begins over a month before it lands in your mailbox? The Communications Division meets weekly to discuss topics and city news. A print deadline has been established with vendors to ensure that physical copies land during the first week of each month. "We've received multiple complaints that the newsletter landed late" says Communications Manager Trisha Hall. "We have traced the delay back to staffing transitions at one of our local post offices. The majority of the City was receiving the newsletter on time, but in one specific area, they were always late. We have contacted the United States Post Office (USPS) on several occasions and they state the best way to fix this problem is to call and let them know. In reporting each instance of a delayed or not received newsletter, the USPS can determine which carrier routes were impacted, thereby allowing them to address the problem."

There are two main post offices that serve the Maryland Heights area:
•    177 Weldon Parkway
Maryland Heights, MO 63043
(314) 567-7767
Primarily serves the 63043 zip code

•    2002 Congressional Drive Saint Louis, MO 63146
(314) 993-1402
Primarily serves the 63146 zip code

If your newsletter arrives after the first week of the month, please give them a call with your address and let them know.
Along with the monthly City Newsletter, there are several other emails that the Communications Division delivers electronically:

Mature Matters
This bimonthly publication is produced for our resident seniors. It includes information on senior programming, events, day trips, tips and more.

Monthly Updates from Parks and Recreation
Our Parks and Recreation Department always has something fun planned! Don't miss out on the most recent information regarding programming and events.

City Planner's Report
This biweekly report is created by our Community Development Department and contains topics on the next Planning Commission meeting agenda, updates on future development projects, articles and more. Due to the redesign of the new website (and the success we've experienced sending out other City email correspondence) we will be rebuilding this mailing list under a new platform. If you were previously signed up to receive this report, please add your name to the new mailing list so that we can ensure delivery.
