Business License Renewals
Renewing Online with the Citizens Access Portal (Click HERE)
The Citizens Access Portal allows registered users to complete the business license renewal process for Maryland Heights completely online.
Please review the instructions below before proceeding to the Citizens Access Portal.
New Citizens Access Portal users will first need to create an account for the Citizens Access Portal before they can proceed with renewing their license. Step-by-step instructions on account creation can be found here: How to Set Up an Account on the Citizens Access Portal

New and Returning
Once the license has been linked both New and Returning Citizens Access Portal users can proceed with the license renewal. While we encourage anyone needing to renew their business license to use the Citizens Access portal, renewals and payments can still be done using previously offered methods:
