Short-Term Rental

The City Council recently adopted regulations for short-term rental of residential properties.  These regulations went into effect on January 1, 2024.  A short-term rental property can typically be defined as a dwelling unit that is rented to a person or group for a period of less than thirty consecutive days.  For more information, see the Short-Term Rental Application.  The second page of the application contains all of the rules and regulations.
