Parks & Recreation

The Parks and Recreation Department was established in 1986 and adopted the mission statement to be "an innovative leader in delivering quality parks and programs." Over the last 30 plus years, the department has done just that. Maryland Heights has numerous recreation opportunities including an outdoor waterpark Aquaport, the Maryland Heights Community Center, the Centene Community Ice Center,  an off-leash dog park Dogport  as well as five city-operated parks, St. Louis County operated Creve Coeur Park and Fee Fee Greenway, an off-road trail.
