OUTDOOR ACTIVITY IDEAS:

REMINDER: Wear sunscreen to protect your skin, drink plenty of water and watch out for days that are too hot to avoid heat stroke/exhaustion. 
  • Visit one of Maryland Heights’ beautiful parks.
  • Take a walk around your neighborhood.
  • Spend a day with family or friends at Aquaport.
  • Sign up for an outdoor activity or program with the Parks & Recreation department.
  • Spend a quick 20 minutes outside if you’re feeling tired or stressed out.
  • Meditate outdoors — there are free guided meditations available on YouTube!
  • Try out geocaching along the Fee Fee Greenway.
  • Plant something and watch it grow. 
  • Draw with chalk outside on the sidewalk.
