It has been proven that being outside in nature and in your community can improve your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. And lucky for you, the City of Maryland Heights has plenty of outdoor activities for you to enjoy!

  • Lowered heart rate means better blood flow which means less strain on your heart.

REMINDER: Wear sunscreen to protect your skin, drink plenty of water and watch out for days that are too hot to avoid heat stroke/exhaustion.

  • Meditate outdoors — there are free guided meditations available on YouTube!
  • Try out geocaching along the Fee Fee Greenway.
  • Plant something and watch it grow. 
  • Draw with chalk outside on the sidewalk.
