Get Ready to Get Covered at the STL Regional Health Insurance Fair - Including COVID-19 Vaccines!

We’re excited to announce our partners for the STL Regional Health Insurance Fair – and that we’ll be offering a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic in partnership with the St. Louis County Department of Public Health!

On Saturday, November 19th, anyone and everyone is invited to come to the Maryland Heights Government Center from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. if they are in need of assistance registering for healthcare! This includes applications for the Affordable Care Act Marketplace, Medicare, and MoHealthNet. Facilitating these efforts will be Affinia Healthcare, Bilingual International Assistant Services (BIAS), CLAIM, NOVUS Health, and social workers from throughout the St. Louis area! We encourage people to register at http://www.marylandheights.com/insurancefair – however, we will be accepting walk-in appointments on the day of the event!

In addition, we’ve partnered with the St. Louis County Department of Public Health to offer a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on the day of the event. From 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., anyone ages 5 and up will be able to get a COVID shot at the Health Insurance Fair. This includes first and second doses, as well as booster shots! In order to get vaccinated, it must’ve been AT LEAST 2 months since your most recent COVID-19 vaccine/booster.

We will ONLY accept walk-in guests for the COVID shots – don’t miss out on the chance to get covered with us! In addition, we will only be offering Pfizer vaccines on the day of the event – if you got your first dose from another manufacturer, we will not be able to facilitate that second shot. However, booster shots are not manufacturer dependent, so anyone can get a Pfizer booster regardless of previous vaccine history! The Health Education team from the Department of Public Health will also be present on the day of the event to share resources with those in attendance.

Thank you to all of our partners and volunteers that have made this event possible – we’re looking forwards to assisting as many people as we can on the 19th!
