Stay Updated on Active Developments

upcoming projects - CopyDo you ever wonder about active construction projects and new developments in Maryland Heights? We have several solutions on how to stay updated! The best way to stay informed is to visit our active projects page at www.marylandheights.com/ActiveProjects. This page summarizes major projects that are currently going through the zoning process, in plan review, or under construction. Each entry includes a map, summary, and other details such as site plans or City staff reports.

"We are able to make so much information easily accessible to the public," says Community Development Director, Michael Zeek. "We update this page often and it's the best way to find out what is going on at a certain address."

Another way to stay in-the-know is to check out the City Planner’s Report, available by clicking the “City Planner’s Report” button on our homepage www.marylandheights.com or directly at www.marylandheights.com/CPR. The report is published twice a month, the Friday before the upcoming Planning Commission meeting. It features an article of interest, a list of upcoming meetings, the Planning Commission’s agenda, links to City staff reports, and a fun fact. You can sign up to receive the City Planner’s Report automatically by email by visiting www.marylandheights.com/MHLife

Besides these two resources, there are a few other helpful links that can help homeowners. Have you ever wondered what your property is zoned, what City Council ward you are in, or whether a street is maintained by the City, St. Louis County, or MoDOT?
