How to Pre-Register for the COVID-19 Vaccination

St. Louis County's Department of Health (DPH) has released a link to pre-register for the COVID-19 vaccine. Requests are accepted from individuals and organizations. DPH will follow state tiers and guidelines to determine who gets scheduled when:

Phase 1A 
Long-Term Care Facility Residents and Staff
Healthcare Workers (Patient Facing)

Phase 1B
High Risk Individuals (18-64) and Individuals >65
First Responders
Essential Workers

Phase 2
Populations at Increased Risk

Phase 3
All Missouri Residents

St. Louis County's Department of Health (DPH) recommends registering with as many places as possible. To register with DPH, visit Those who do not have internet access can call (314) 615-2660, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

There will be several vaccination sites established and in order for you to receive a vaccination at one of these sites, you must pre -register and have an appointment. There will be no walk up appointments available. Registering with DPH is a great start, but contacting your doctor's office to register with them is also recommended.
