Paper Shredding Events

bankers boxWhat: Residents (no businesses) may bring up to five file-sized boxes to shred safely on-site by American Document Destruction. Please remove all trash, batteries and other non-paper items from your boxes. Paper clips, staples and small binder clips do not need to be removed from the paper. A file-sized or "bankers" box is approx. 12"W x 15"L x 10"H and roughly the size of a box of office printer paper and the capacity is equal to two full paper grocery bags.

9:00 a.m. - Noon
Residents will choose one session and arrive at their
designated time: 9:00, 9:45, 10:30, or 11:15.

Where: Maryland Heights Government Center
11911 Dorsett Rd. On the day of the event, please enter through the Dorsett Road entrance. 

How: Pre-register online at www.marylandheights.com/PaperShred or by calling (314) 291-6550. Registration for the October 16 event will open on July 1 and close on October 13. Participation is limited to the first 300 residents who register. When registering, provide your name, phone number, home address and email (if applicable). Addresses will be checked to confirm Maryland Heights residency.
