Aquaport Operations Update June 18

At Aquaport, we strive to provide a fun and safe environment for both our guests and staff. Recently, we’ve been experiencing long wait times to enter the park, limited seating for guests and unruly patrons. Because of these issues, we will be changing operations beginning Friday, June 18 to ensure that everyone visiting Aquaport has an enjoyable and safe time.

A limited number of people without a current Aquaport season pass or Maryland Heights Privilege Card will be allowed into the facility per day and will need to preregister before their visit at www.marylandheights.com/visitaquaport. There will not be general admission ticket sales at the door for non-residents. Any non-resident without a ticket purchased through Eventbrite will be turned away. Tickets are non-transferable and are non-refundable after 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Aquaport season pass and Maryland Heights Privilege Card holders and their guests do not need to preregister ahead of time and may purchase tickets at the door. They may enter the facility early at 11:00 a.m. daily. There will not be a limit for the number of season pass and Privilege Card holders allowed into Aquaport. Our staff will continually evaluate the capacity of the facility and monitor access. If you are a resident of Maryland Heights or work for a business in the City, you are eligible for a Privilege Card that can be purchased during normal operating hours of Aquaport. For more info on what you need to purchase a Privilege Card, visit www.marylandheights.com/memberships.

We will no longer sell Groupons to Aquaport. We will honor a limited number of Groupons that have already been purchased each day as capacity allows.
