Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program Summer 2023

Hey teens! Have you heard about the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program?

The CIT program is a way for teens ages 13-15 to stay involved with our camp programs over the summer. This is a great way to develop new skills, gain leadership experience, and simply have fun over the break!

During camp, CITs will implement recreational activities, arts and crafts, and plan camp games and songs.  They will also swim with campers.  CITs must be positive, energetic and cooperative.  CITs will work between 30-40 hours per week, and must be available to work the length of the camp season from June through mid-August. The CIT program is non-paid, and is intended for volunteers only – this is a great way to get volunteer hours for school, and to begin building work experience!

To apply, visit marylandheights.com/CIT today! Applications are due by March 31. Applications are also available to download and deliver to Ashley at the Community center by clicking here.
