New Developments On River Valley Drive
Industrial development is set to continue along River Valley Drive with three new projects:
Westport Commerce Center: This continues a development pattern started by TriStar Development on their 142 acre tract further north on River Valley Drive, south of Missouri Route 364. TriStar has constructed two buildings and construction of a third will start soon. Their development also includes a lake on the east side of the road and a full buildout of up to six buildings.
141 Logistics Center: Riverport Land Partners has the former Arrowhead Airport at 850 John Pellet Court, and the adjoining property at 15897 River Valley Drive, under contract and they have filed a zoning application to construct two 540,000 square foot buildings on the 76 acre tract.
Potential Northpoint Project: Meanwhile, NorthPoint Development is considering an industrial development on the 91 acres previously approved for Precision Vehicle Holding, located at 149 River Valley Drive and 860 Hog Hollow Road. Precision’s previously proposed vehicle logistics facility with rail access will no longer be constructed at this location. The Planning Commission is expected to consider these requests in June.
