MHPD Youth Academy is Back!
Do you know a teen who would like to learn more about law enforcement? MHPD Youth Academy is back! This program gives teens, ages 12-17, the opportunity to join the MHPD for a five-day interactive learning experience. Teens will be taught about various aspects of law enforcement in a quasi-academy setting under the direction of veteran police officers.
Sessions will include training and hands-on activities for participants. It is a perfect opportunity for teens interested in a career in Law Enforcement or wanting to major in Criminal Justice.
This program is provided free to students at Pattonville High School, Pattonville Heights Middle School, and Remington Traditional School. Registration is currently open and will close on May 31. Scan the QR code below or visit www.marylandheights.com/youthacademy to register.
